Cromapol Acrylic Roof Coating - 20kg

Cromapol is a waterproofing acrylic paint that can be used for a wide variety of applications. The formula is fibre reinforced, enabling the product to bridge small gaps and with only one coat can provide instant waterproofing.

This product can be used on a number of different materials including: Flat and Pitched Roofs, Roof Lights, Flashings, Fibre Cement Sheeting, Gutters, Slate, Asphalt, Lead, Metal and Roofing Felt (Primed)

Preparation

Surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to application. Ensure that any dirt or debris on the surface is removed and that it is dust-free. Moss and lichen should be removed using a fungicide wash, making sure that all corners and gutters are free from organic growth.

There should be no standing water on the surface and any small holes, cracks and splits should be made good prior to application.

Application

1. Cromapol is easily applied using a brush, roller or squeegee.
2. You should allow up to 1 week drying time.

Limitations

It is not suitable to use this product when:

• Solvent or oil contact is likely, or on walkways, balconies, timber and new concrete
