Uses
The FebFlor 709 Floor-Flex Plus by Everbuild is the ultimate additive for floor compounds and powder tile adhesives. This product is a milky white polymer emulsion designed to enhance the flexibility of powdered floor-levelling compounds. Despite its increased flexibility, it doesn't compromise on toughness while delivering a robust composite.
Preparation
All surfaces should be cleaned, removing contaminants that can interfere with the 709, including dirt, dust, grease, oil, etc. After cleaning the surface, ensure it's thoroughly dry.
Mixing
Directly mix this product neat with floor levelling compounds in the ratio of 5 litres FebFlor 709 Floor-Flex to 20kg of powder.
Limitations and Notes
This product is not intended for use in compounds acting as a final wearing surface, and its poor UV resistance may cause discolouration.
