Easy-Trim Over Fascia Vent - 10mm x 1m 
Suitable to be applied with the Timloc Universal Hooded Slate Vent, which offers excellent ventilation to a roofing space, however, if it is used in conjunction with an adaptor kit, it can be used for mechanical extraction or soil ventilation.
The adaptor kit has been taken through testing alongside the Universal Roof Vent itself; it has succeeded in multiple regulation and standard bodies, these include;
