Lead R is a high-performance, BBA certified smooth lead replacement that mimicks traditional lead whilst maintaining long term durability and performance. Unlike real lead flashing, it has no resale value, therefore, preventing theft.
Lead R comes in smooth and textured options and in sizes of 150mm, 300mm, 450mm, and 600mm. It is grey in colour.

Joints should have a minimum overlap of 100mm. To achieve permanent adhesion, the building material surface has to be clean and dry. A bituminous primer is recommended for unstable material surfaces.
