Multiwall Polycarbonate Sheets are superb for glazing. They are durable, lightweight, UV resistant and can either let through or block light depending on their tint. In addition, their multiple walls – thin layers of polycarbonate separated by pockets of air called “chambers” – make them a tremendous asset in terms of insulation.

Even the relatively bulky nature of 25mm and 35mm is very useful, since it means that it is no longer vulnerable to strong updrafts. This lets it be used for larger projects than twinwall or triplewall sheeting, such as large greenhouses, conservatories, or orangeries. 25mm polycarbonate sheets have five walls, while 35mm sheets have seven.
