One of the best features of corrugated sheeting is how simple it is to install, and that task has never been easier with the help of our selection of Corrugated Sheet Accessories. Made by Clear Amber with their Corrapol range in mind, these massively improve corrugated sheet performance.
All the products involved can be used with Corrapol Stormroof, Corrapol-GRP, and Corrapol-PVC sheeting. These are usually available in both a white and milled finish. However, Corrapol-BT has its own variations of all the products in colours that match the Corrapol-BT sheets themselves: red, black, brown, and green.
However, these are cross-compatible, meaning if you want a white or milled Super Ridge for your red-BT sheets or a green Super Ridge for your Stormroof sheets that’s also totally possible. There are also some specialist Corrapol-BT products like the Budget Ridge and the Corrugated Bitumen Fixings which are intended solely for use with Corrapol-BT sheeting.
The majority of Clear Amber’s Corrapol flashing is “Rock n’ Lock flashing”. These aluminium segments are “rocked” over the profile of the corrugation, then “locked” into place. Since they use aluminium instead of lead, the end product is both lighter and non-toxic. This takes stress off of the roof.
The ridge of a roof is often one of the parts under the most strain. The Aluminium Super Ridge will protect your Corrapol roof with its impressive bulk, complete with end caps either side to seal off the inside of the ridge from water, dust, and insects. The Corrapol-BT series also offers the Budget Ridge, which is a cost-effective ridge protection solution.
Clear Amber makes the Superior Flexible Fixings. These are a waterproof combination of screw and a plastic cap that twists and seals into place, protecting the fixing itself in a very effective manner. These are available in clear, or in all four of the Corrapol-BT colours. There are also Corrugated Bitumen Fixings – steel nails with plastic caps, that are specifically made only for Corrapol-BT sheets.
Finally, eaves filler has also been made. These strips fill in the underside of the corrugated sheets, helping seal off the roof from water and dust. They are made of closed-cell foam, which is non-absorbent and waterproof.
