This Bond It Patio Seal does an outstanding job in protecting block paving against water penetration, oil, and grease and has the ability to deter dirt and grime buildup. Application
Remove any organic growth present, this includes plants like lichens and common weeds. Wash away all debris, ensuring that it is free from oil, grease, and dust and that the surface is dry otherwise, the patio seal may struggle to adhere to the block paving.
This product is ready to use and doesn't require any diluting. Also please note that you have dried the area and there's no damp. It can lead to white discolouration.
- Shake well before use.
- Apply a single coat using either a brush, roller or squeegee. Ensuring no pooling or ponding occurs
- Allow 3-4 hours to dry before allowing traffic over the area.
