The Timloc Double Pantile Tile Vent is an outstanding product that delivers various positive properties to your attic roofing space. It can offer general ventilation to prevent condensation, or you can apply it to a mechanical extractor or soil ventilator. Other benefits of this tile vent include the following;

  • Ventilation area of 10,000m²
  • Shaped to prevent rainwater from entering and causing structural damage
  • 4mm spaced external grille helps prevent rainwater and even small critters, vermin and debris.
  • Integrated clips to ensure a secure fit to surrounding roof tiles
  • UV Stabilised, top of the vent, offering resistance to discolouration
  • Manufactured from polypropylene enabling it to be resistant to corrosion
