In roofing, Wakaflex is typically used as a non-toxic, flexible, self-adhesive flashing to replace lead, commonly known as lead alternative. This lead alternative is dressed over details to give a smooth and neat look. Wakakaflex can stretch up to 50% in length and 15% in width when dressed into the pan of the tile. A perforated release paper makes it easy to install. There are five lengths and two widths of Wakaflex. The product is BBA certified and BRE wind tested. Wakaflex comes in 5m lengths.
