Accepting Your Delivery

Before accepting and signing for your delivery, make sure to check for any damage. If there is damage or fault with your package, please send an email to support@eroofing.co.uk.

Free Delivery

We offer free next day (working day) delivery for all eligible orders over £10. For eligibility, orders must be placed before 14:00 from Monday to Friday. If you order on a Saturday, the order will be shipped on Monday for next day delivery. This offer excludes lead flashing and felt support trays.

Delivery Instructions

Please let us know at the time of your order if you would like to give any specific delivery requests by entering the relevant information into the note section of your order. Whilst we can’t guarantee couriers will take notice of all requirements, we’ll do our best to make sure they take note.

Delivery Charges

• Lead Flashing – £60 (Under 500kg)
• Felt Support Trays – £6 (Next Day Delivery)

Northern Ireland & Scotland Deliveries

At this moment of time, deliveries to Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland are limited. Please contact us before ordering, if your address is in Northern Ireland or Scotland.

• NI Delivery Charge – £20

Isle of Man & Jersey Deliveries

Please note that there is a mandatory £10 fee associated with all deliveries made to the Isle of Man and Jersey.
