Returning a Product
You must tell us if you are looking to return a product via email, mentioning your order number.
Delivery costs will not be refunded.
Products That Cannot Be Returned or Refunded
Special order items may not be returned or refunded.
Any products that have been attempted to or have been installed cannot be returned or refunded either.
Damaged and Faulty Goods
The refund policy does not affect your statutory rights to care for products that have been delivered in error or damaged. We do everything within our power to ensure all products get delivered to you in perfect condition, but human error can occur.
Each VELUX item that is returned occurs a £20 fee.
