Uses

This Everbuild All Purpose Ready Mixed Filler is essential for any D.I.Y enthusiast or Tradesman looking to repair various surfaces. This product dries to a smooth but tough, crack-resistant sandable finish, allowing you to perfectly repair a hole to a flush finish. This product is suitable for internal and external use, offering various areas of applications; this product is suitable for surfaces such as;

Preparation

You must prepare all surfaces correctly to achieve a good key and optimal adhesion. Remove any dust, oil, dirt, grease or similar contaminants, cover any nail or screw heads with oil-based paint and allow to dry.

Application

1. Stir well before use and apply directly from the tub into the filling area.
2. This product can fill a gap with a maximum depth of 9mm. If you want to fill a more significant depth, apply in layers and allow 1 hour between each layer so it can fully cure.

Limitations

• Do not use to fill plastics or metals.
• This product is unsuitable to be applied when rain is imminent or within 5 hours of application.
• Do not apply in temperatures below 5°C.
• Not suitable for repairs in permanently wet areas
• Do not apply more than 9mm depth per application. (e.g. if the gap is 27mm deep, it will take 3 coats at 9mm depth each with an hour between each one)
