Uses

The Anchor Set Green 150 by Everbuild is a high-quality, powerful anchor curing system, perfect for applications requiring fixing fixtures carrying heavy loads. It is crafted by Everbuilds technicians to provide excellent weathering resistance, ensuring a long-lasting, high-performance system. This product is fitted with a unique, EASY-FLOW technology, allowing the twin bag system within the cartridges to apply the whole system with just a standard sealant applicator gun. Application this product is typically used in include;

  • Securing machinery into floors
  • Fixing stud and starter bards
  • Installing satellite dishes
  • Fixing wall ties, bolts and screws into a wide range of building substrates

Preparation

Prepare the area by drilling a hole, ideally using a rotary percussion machine. Optimal results are achieved by having a coarse-sided hole, and you can accomplish this by using a diamond drill. Remove all dust and debris from the whole using a stiff brush or a hand-held air pump. All bars should be cleaned and free from oil, grease and other contaminants that can hinder adhesion. Threaded rods or studs should be chisel-ended, preventing them from unscrewing from the cured resin.

Application

  1. Unscrew the lid and cut the top of the bag under the metal clamp.
  2. Attach the mixing nozzle to the cartridge, securing it tightly with your hands.
  3. Place the cartridge into a standard sealant applicator gun/tool.
  4. Gradually apply pressure to the gun handle, extruding the material until it passes through the nozzle in an even colour.
  5. Fill the hole to a desired amount, and release the pressure by pressing the slide-release arm and pulling back the slide rail. Wipe off excess material and insert the fixing slowly using a rotating action to the desired depth.

Limitations and Notes

  • Do not use in non-porous substrates such as metal or PVCu
