Soudal 140 LQ Contact Adhesive – 5 Litre

Uses

The 140LQ by Soudal is an excellent, long-lasting, robust contact adhesive that initiates curing once both sides are touched. It's fantastic for various applications, including rubber, leather, cork, plastic, felt, and works well with bonding synthetic decoration panels, worktops in wood, metal and board.

Preparation

Before commencing the application, you should remove any contaminants present on the surface that can hinder the adhesion to ensure optimal results. This includes removing any dirt, dust, grease, oil, organic growth, loose debris, flaking material, etc.

Application

1. Apply the adhesive using either a brush or a notched trowel
2. Apply the adhesive to both surfaces and wait for 10 minutes to pass
3. Bring both surfaces together and hold them firmly together

Limitations and Notes

• The applied pressure dictates the adhesive's strength, not the length in which you hold them together.
