Timloc Plain Tile Vent is a fantastically designed product that channels rainwater back onto the roof tiles; this product prevents any water from causing structural damage. It offers ventilation for your roofing space or can be used for mechanical extracting if used in conjunction with an adaptor; this also opens up the opportunity to use it for soil ventilation.
