Ulti-Mate Single Pantile Tile Vent delivers fantastic ventilation into your roofing space or ventilation terminal. It slots in perfectly to fit flush with various tiles, uniquely crafted to replace just one of them; some of the following benefits include;

  • Free ventilation area of 6,000m²
  • Crafted to prevent access to water, with its unique shape directing rain down off the roof
  • No adaptor is required, just a flexi-pipe installed into the pre-existing slot on the rear of the tile
  • Moulded from Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate and Polypropylene, making it naturally resistant to UV light and corrosion
  • Small external grill to prevent entry of vermin, debris and birds into your roofing space

This product can be applied in various roof areas, with an application at the eaves with 0.6m intervals offering 10,000m² and at the ridge, offering 5,000mm² per 1.2m intervals. Ult-mate crafted this product, ensuring if a ventilation system is fitted, it adheres to the BS5250 regulation.
