In roofing terms, a “flat roof” is any roof with a pitch of 10° or below.
There are a few systems for flat roofing. Though, EPDM roofing systems tend to take the crown.
Generally speaking, a flat roof should be cheaper than a pitched roof. However, this will all depend on size, product specification, and hourly rate of the roofer.
Flat Roofing

Acrypol

Cromapol

Liquid Rubber
