Provides ventilation beneath suspended ground floors up to five brick courses. Includes a grille to prevent vermin from entering.

With a minimum cavity width of 50mm, the vertical height of the ventilator unit can be adjusted to suit between 3 and 5 brick courses (225mm-375mm).
