Bond It B2 Expanding PU Foam is a fast-setting, multi-purpose PU foam which bonds, fills, seals and insulates most construction materials. It is a one-component polyurethane assembly foam based on a moisture-curing polyurethane prepolymer.

The Bond It B2 Expanding PU Foam will adhere to most common building materials, this includes; wood, stone, plaster, concrete, metal, PVC and polystyrene. However, this will not stick to surfaces like polyethene, Teflon, silicone, oil, grease and similar substrates.

Application

Check and prepare all surfaces you plan to use this product, ensuring they are firm, clean, dry and free from dust, grease or other contaminants that may hinder the adhesion.

After it has been checked and cleaned, moisten the area with a spray bottle filled with water.

Handheld (Straw):

  1. For handheld use, make sure you hold the can upright and screw the straw into the foam valve.
  2. Ensure you shake the can vigorously at least 20 times, 
  3. When you're ready to use it, turn the can upside down and begin application from the bottom to the top.
