Bond It Mega Foam is a simple, easy to use one component polyurethane assembly foam, it's based on a moisture-curing polyurethane prepolymer. This unique formula delivers an expanding foam that never shrinks, preventing further deformation or disruption to its applied area.

This fresh foam adheres to all common building materials, some of these include; wood, stone, plaster, concrete, metal, PVC and polystyrene. However, the adhesive doesn't work well with polyethene, Teflon, silicone, oil, grease and similar substrates.

Application

  1. Before application, you need to ensure that all surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, firm and free from contaminants that can hinder adhesion, like dust and grease.
  2. Once the area is checked for contaminants, moisten the application area with a water spray bottle.
  3. Hold the can in an upright position, with the other hand, connect the gun to the foam whilst maintaining the upright position on the can. When ready to use the foam gun for application, turn the gun back upright apply working from bottom to top.Fresh foam will expand to 1½ to 2 times, so ensure you do not overfill the joints. Any new foam that spills you must remove immediately.
