If you’re working with the Easy Trim Dry Verge kits you’ll need an Easy Trim Starter/Close Unit. The starter unit is placed where the bargeboard meets the eaves and starts the chain of verge tiles going up towards the ridge. The starter unit allows the verge tiles to begin somewhere and also seals off the underneath of the tiles from water and insects.

Available in four colours – black, brown, grey, and terracotta.

Whenever you need to put in dry verge, you'll need to put in a starter unit. These fit at the bottom of the verge, and serve as a starting point for the verge caps to ascend up towards where they meet the ridge. Without these starter units, the caps would be vulnerable to nesting insects, animals, and other threats.

These starter units are designed to work with Easy Trim's Dry Verge system. There are four colours available so you can find the one that will match your verge caps - black, brown, grey, and terracotta.
