Everbuild 406 Stabilising Solution - 5 Litre

Uses

The 406 Stabilising Solution by Everbuild is a high-quality, potent product that provides excellent sealing and bonding properties for badly weathered, chalky and dusty surfaces. It is crafted to restore these surfaces, prepare them for subsequent application, and allow you to decorate the area further. This effective stabiliser can be applied to;

• Brick
• Stone
• Render
• Concrete
• Plaster
• Pebbledashing
• Stucco

Preparation

Prepare the surface by removing all contaminants that can interfere with the stabiliser; this includes dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc. You must use a mould killer to eliminate the spores if you have any organic growth. Any flaking material should be brushed away using a stiff brush, creating a sound surface. Any signs of penetration damping should be treated first, and after finishing the preparation, the surface must be touched dry.

Application

This product is ready to use, please do not dilute it.

1. Apply using a brush in one liberal coat
2. If the surface is extremely porous, apply a second coat when the first dries
3. Drying times are between 2 -4 hours, depending on the temperature and humidity.

Limitations and Notes

• As mentioned above, this product is ready-to-use and doesn't require any dilution.
• Dispose of any product and packaging correctly. Do not allow it to reach watercourses.
• This product cannot restore badly disintegrated render, rubber, etc. This will require removing and subsequent re-application
• Do not apply this product below 5°C.
• Do not apply this product externally if rain is imminent or due to fall within 6 hours.
