Everbuild 407 Mortar Stain Remover - 25 Litre

The 407 Mortar Stain Remover by Everbuild is formulated with a unique, acid-based formula that effectively deletes unwanted stains, paints and dirt on most mineral surfaces. Areas that this product is effective in application include garage and factory floors. Surfaces that this product can be applied onto include;

• Brickwork
• Some Natural Stone
• Concrete
• Earthenware
• Patios

Preparation

This product only requires a little preparation. We suggest that you remove any loose debris on the surface to allow the solution to saturate the surface entirely. You should wear appropriate impervious protective equipment, and you should completely cover yourself by wearing gloves, boots, overalls and face shields/goggles.

Application

1. Pour the required amount of solution into a plastic bucket (NOT METAL) - Also note if the application is a patio, you should dilute the solution with water 1:1, but place the water into the bucket, then add acid, not acid, then water.
2. Wet the surface using water.
3. Using a scrubbing brush or stiff bristle brush, apply the solution to the surface, ensuring you fully saturate it.
4. Leave the solution on the surface to work its magic for about 20 minutes.
5. Using clean cold water, scrub the solution off the surface, ensuring it's completely removed.
6. Highly porous surfaces may require more than one coat of application.

Limitations

• It's essential you protective clothing when using this product
• When working internally, take care with surfaces like artificial stone
• Any sensitive surface should have a dilute solution applied; achieve this by using water 1:1
• It's important to wash surfaces after applying the solution
• Protect life from this solution as it's toxic; animals, plants and anything organic may suffer
• Take care around natural stone, as this product can cause carbonation.
