Uses
One Coat Concrete Seal by Thompson's delivers excellent protection for concrete, and using its formulated acrylic resins in aromatic hydrocarbon, it provides a layer that seals the surface. This product repels various contaminants, including water, oil, grease and fuel spills.
Preparation
Scrub the surface with a stiff bristle brush, removing any dirt, dust or similar contaminants. Ensure that the area is well-ventilated and that you clean the surface before using a dedicated cleaner, but make sure that the surface is dry before commencing the application.
Application

- Give the tin a thorough stir.
- Pour the tin into a roller tray and apply a long pile roller directly to the surface in long, smooth strokes. (If applying to the garage floor, start from the furthest point from the door, working towards it.)

- Certain surfaces, such as porous ones, may require a second coat 4 hours later.
