Uses

The Stick2 Superglue by Everbuild offers fantastic adhesion to various surfaces, delivering an unbreakable bond that cures in just 1 minute of application. Stick2's unique formula enables a market-leading product which adheres to both porous and non-porous surfaces with ease. Surfaces that are ideal for application include;

• MDF
• Rubber
• Metals
• PVCu
• Plastics

Preparation

It's important to prepare the surface; otherwise, you'll not achieve optimal adhesion. This includes removing contaminants present, including dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc. Unsightly glue lines may occur; it's important to store the surface you're bonding in a warm environment prior to bonding, as this will prevent it.

Application

It's important to align the surfaces together correctly before applying once you've started. You have limited time to bring the surfaces together.

1. Apply the adhesive to one of the surfaces.
2. After applying, immediately bring the two surfaces and hold for 10 seconds.

Limitations

• Ensures surfaces are degreased prior to bonding
• Make sure surfaces are close fitting, and this adhesive will not bridge gaps
• Do not use this product in applications which involve constant water immersion
• Do not apply to bitumen or tar-leaching products.
