Uses
This P18 Gas Leak Detector is unique in its ability to identify gas leaks on various gas applications, and it can locate the smallest of leaks enabling you to identify and repair them quickly. Suitable for use over paintwork, metal, wood and most plastic, this versatile product allows you to safely check for the gas leak without damaging the surface. This product is suitable for identifying gases such as;
- Natural Gas
- Town Gas
- Compressed Air
- Butane
- Propane
- Acetylene
- Chlorine Gas
- Hydrogen
- Oxygen
Application
- Shake the can well before use and regularly shake it during application.
- Spray from a distance of 25-30cm onto the area that you want to test.
- Bubbles will form in the foam, and this will indicate the location of the leak.
Limitations
- Use only as directed
- Don't spray directly onto the skin, as freeze burn can occur.
- Test this product's compatibility on painted surfaces and rubber before completing the entire application.
