Uses
Stick2 Rapid Epoxy Syringe is an exceptionally strong bonding two-part system that cures to a strength that can be drilled, sanded or painted. This product offers what most other adhesives don't, a glue capable of bonding almost any surface to another. It can be used for bonding;

Preparation
Prepare the surface before applying, and remove any contaminants hindering the adhesion. This includes; dust, oil, grease, general dirt and similar impurities. You can roughen the surface with sandpaper, and this optimises adhesion.
Application
- Remove the cap from the top of the product and snap off the tab from the bottom of the nozzles.
- Use the plunger to extrude equal lengths of resin and hardener onto a clean surface and place the cap back onto the product.
- Mix thoroughly for 30 seconds to 1 minute using the stick provided.
- Once mixed, use it within 4 minutes, applying small quantities at a time and immediately bringing both surfaces together.
- Hold surfaces together firmly, and if needed, use clamps to support the curing process, which will take 10 minutes at 20°C
Limitations
- This product is unsuitable for repairing areas containing food or drink.
- Ensure you do not cross-contaminate the hardener with the resin, as it causes the tubes to cure inside.
