Uses
The Kitchen & Bathroom Touch-Up Enamel by Ronseal delivers fantastic repairs for your delicate ceramic, porcelain, acrylic and fibreglass surfaces. This product is simple and quick to use, allowing even the most novice of D.I.Yer to repair their surfaces effectively.
Preparation
Lightly sand the affected area, cleaning it afterwards, using a damp cloth, and removing all contaminants that can interfere with the product.
Application
- Thoroughly shake the bottle for several minutes before using it.
- Brush the first coat onto the area.
- Allow it to dry for two hours. After drying, apply another coat or two, giving two hours of drying time between them.
- After you've applied the final coat, allow it 24 hours before getting it wet. The surface will be touch-dry after an hour, but wait four days before submerging it in water.
Aftercare
Once it's dried, you can clean it how you would normally. Clean the area and apply another coat if you notice any further chips or scratches.
