Uses
The Quick Dry Radiator Spray by Ronseal gives your radiator a new life with its intense white colour that illuminates the radiator. Its unique formula makes it heat resistant, preventing cracks from occurring over time. You should look to apply 3 coats of this spray onto your radiator to achieve the optimal finish.
Preparation
Before commencing the application, prepare the area by opening doors and windows for ventilation, and place dust sheets around the area to prevent any of the spray paint from flying onto random surfaces.
Application
- Shake the can, ensuring it rattles around for at least 1 minute
- Hold the can 20-30cm away from the surface, spraying in a sweeping motion
- Wait 30 minutes for the first coat to dry, then apply a second coating in the same fashion.
- Wait 30 minutes for the second coat to dry, then apply the third and final coat.
- Leave the radiator for at least 24 hours to fully dry before turning the radiator back on.
Aftercare
To ensure you are getting the most out of the radiator paint, you should maintain its quality by regularly cleaning and dusting it. To clean the spray can, turn it upside down and spray for a few seconds, using a damp cloth to wipe the nozzle.
