A one part, high quality, low modulus, sealing material with an added biocide, based on advanced hybrid polymer technology.

Uses
Contains a powerful anti-bacterial and mould resistant formula, designed especially for applications in areas of increased humidity, such as bathrooms and kitchens. Suitable for aluminium, metal, uPVC, glass, glazed ceramics, lacquered wood, brickwork, concrete, and most plastic (except PP, PE and PTFE). Can be used both indoor and outdoor and provides long term weather resistance and UV stability. Seal Pro is also a universal adhesive which bonds to most substrates and can be used on damp surfaces.
Limitations
Can be used on damp, but not saturated surfaces. Over paintable with water-based paints only, test on a small, inconspicuous area first. Do not use on surfaces that bleed oils or plasticisers (such as bitumen) or use on natural stone without the use of a primer. Prestressed PMMA and Polycarbonate (PC) could result in stress cracking of the plastic. Conduct preliminary tests for these substrates.
Preparation
Ensure all surfaces are clean and free from grease, oil or any other contaminants that may hinder adhesion. Surfaces may be moist but not overly saturated with water.
Application
Carefully cut the top of the cartridge taking care not to damage the threaded area. Screw on the nozzle supplied and cut at an angle approximately 45o . Apply, using a standard cauking gun, in a continuous bead along the aperture and leave to fully cure. Smooth the joint by tooling with a soapy solution or using a SEALANT APPLICATOR TOOL. Remove any excess material and clean tools immediately with WHITE SPIRIT. Replace plastic cap after use.
