Surface Preparation
Prepare the surface properly to achieve the best sealing results.
- Remove all dirt, dust, grease, oil and contaminants
- Brush away loose material using a stiff brush
- Treat mould, algae or organic growth with a suitable mould remover
- Clean heavily soiled areas using Sika Brick Cleaner
- Allow new cement-based surfaces and block paving to cure for at least 3 months before sealing to prevent white staining

Application Instructions
Follow these steps for a professional finish:
- Stir thoroughly before use
- Apply to a dry or slightly damp surface (not wet)
- Use a long-pile roller or low-pressure sprayer
- Apply an even, consistent coat
- Apply a second coat within 2 hours
- Apply a third coat if you want a higher semi-gloss finish
Drying Time:
- Touch dry in approximately 4 hours at 20°C
- Allow longer drying times in colder conditions
Limitations and Important Information
- Always store in the original container
- Do not apply to surfaces treated with silicone or stearate sealers unless weathering has removed water beading
- Do not apply if rain is expected within 5 hours
- Only apply when air and surface temperatures exceed 5°C
- Dispose of unused product responsibly according to local regulations
