Uses
Pro 20D Superfast Wood Glue delivers excellent adhesive properties when bonding various surfaces, and this product works well with all common woods, including paper, board, chipboard, softwood and veneer. This product also works well in the construction bond of mortise and tenon joints, punches, etc.
Preparation
To prepare the surface correctly for this product, ensure the application area is smooth but only partially non-porous. Smooth surfaces need to be slightly ground to improve the adhesion. Besides that, you'll need to ensure the surfaces are free from contaminants like dust, oil, grease, etc., which can hinder the adhesion.
Application
- Apply the adhesive to one of the two surfaces, using a fine-tooth brush or comb to spread the bond.
- Connect the surfaces and firmly hold them together for 30 minutes.
Limitations
- Discolouration can occur on certain types of oak and tropical wood.
- Do not dilute the adhesive.
