Uses

The Timco M6 Zip-Fix Cavity Wall Fixings - 10 Pieces feature heavy-duty steel with a zinc coating to prevent rust and corrosion, ensuring long-lasting performance. This product meets the BS7671 18th Edition standard, offering enhanced fire safety with minimal risk of early failure during a fire. Thanks to its high-quality, heavy-duty composite construction, it supports loads between 30kg and 60kg, depending on the application.

Application

1. Drill a 13mm size hole into the substrate with a depth of 50mm
2. Ensure the thumb tab is facing upwards, inserting the metal toggle through the hole allowing it to pivots down behind the substrate
3. Zip the nylon collar towards the wall, making sure the collar sits into the drilled hole and then snap off the nylon arms
4. Insert a M6 screw through the fixture and into the threaded part of Zip-Fix and tighten until it's secure
