The Timloc Double Roman Tile Vent offers outstanding features for your roofing attic space, it can be used for general ventilation, which helps prevent condensation, or you can use it with an adaptor for mechanical extraction or soil ventilation.

  • Free ventilation area of 10,000m²
  • Shaped to prevent rainwater from entering and causing structural damage
  • 4mm spaced external grille helps prevent rainwater and even small critters, vermin and debris.
  • Integrated clips to ensure a secure fit to surrounding roof tiles
  • UV Stabilised, top of the vent, offering resistance to discolouration
  • Manufactured from polypropylene enabling it to be resistant to corrosion
