Timloc Universal Slate Roof Vent is perfect for application onto new buildings or existing roofs, with a unique design enabling it to replace just one roof slate on the roof. This product includes an adaptor to allow for mechanical or soil extraction.

  • Provides efficient ventilation to roof space at either low-level or high level
  • Suitable as a ventilation outlet for soil vent pipes
  • Can connect to mechanical extraction from kitchens/bathrooms.
  • Inconspicuous low hood design, with a hood to prevent rainwater entry.
  • Free vent area of 10,000mm2
