Ulti-Mate Bold Roll Brown Tile Vent delivers fantastic ventilation to your roofing space, perfect for an extracting system or without. Naturally lightweight, this is due to its composite being made from high-impact polystyrene, which enables easy carrying onto roofs. Alongside that, it’s inherently resistant to water and corrosion. Shaped to prevent rainwater entry, which can cause structural damage.
Crafted from high-impact polystyrene (HIPS), making it naturally resistant to corrosion

The Ulti-Mate Bold Roll Brown Tile Vent offers excellent ventilation to your roofing space. If installed without an extractor fan, it combats moisture that can build in the attic, which can cause structural damage. If installed with an extractor fan, you can link it to any room in the house; typically, it's applied for soil extraction.

Due to its high-impact polystyrene composite, it's one of the few eco-friendly choices available on the market, and this is due to the product being 100% recyclable. The polystyrene compound also provides extra benefits when applied to your roof, and it defends against water and is vulnerable to corrosion. Ulti-Mate colours their tiles vents using industry-standard acrylic paint, which is the same used in manufacturing tiles in the U.K.
