Ulti-Mate Wessex Tile Vent is an excellent tile ventilation unit that effectively allows air flow, offering your roofing space fresh air and combating the moisture that can build in closed-off attics. The composite creating the tile vent is a high-impact polystyrene formed through a vacuum process; it is naturally lightweight, water and corrosion-resistant.

• Shaped to prevent rainwater entry, which can cause structural damage.
• Crafted from high-impact polystyrene (HIPS), making it naturally resistant to corrosion
• Achieves 10,000mm² at the eaves if installed at every 1 metre
• Achieves 5,000mm² at the ridge if installed at every 2 metre
• Small spacing in the external grille, preventing entry of birds, vermin and debris
