Bond It Cyanoacrylate Superglue Hi Viscosity - Clear 50g

This high-viscosity cyanoacrylate superglue by Bond It delivers an excellent adhesive with the composite it's made from, delivering outstanding levels of tensile strength with improved impact resistance resulting in the most rigid bond.

This superglue's unique formula enables it to be applied on various surfaces, these include; PVCu trims, rubbers, timbers and an extensive range of plastics and surfaces that are made from foam.

Application

Before starting the application, ensure that you have prepared all surfaces. Complete this by; removing all contaminants that are present on the surface, this includes; dust, grease, oil and debris that is present. Once you've removed all contaminants from the surface, double-check that it's clean and dry, this will ensure you won't receive issues with adhesion when applying.

1. Apply a thin film to one side and immediately bring the two surfaces together. Any adjustments must be completed within the first 2-3 seconds before the bond starts to settle.
2. Maintain pressure without moving either surface for at least 10 seconds.

Please note that if you're applying this in a highly humid area, you'll notice that the drying time may be longer, this is due to the polymerisation of cyanoacrylates which is initiated by moisture from the atmosphere. Also, if you intend to use this product in a non-ventilated area, ensure you ventilate it while drying.
