Bond It B2 Expanding PU Foam is a fast-setting, multi-purpose PU foam which bonds, fills, seals and insulates most construction materials. It is a one-component polyurethane assembly foam based on a moisture-curing polyurethane prepolymer.

The Bond It B2 Expanding PU Foam will adhere to most common building materials, this includes; wood, stone, plaster, concrete, metal, PVC and polystyrene. However, this will not stick to surfaces like polyethene, Teflon, silicone, oil, grease and similar substrates.

Application

Check and prepare all surfaces you plan to use this product, ensuring they are firm, clean, dry and free from dust, grease or other contaminants that may hinder the adhesion.

After it has been checked and cleaned, moisten the area with a spray bottle filled with water.

Foam Gun:

  1. For foam gun use, hold the can upright and screw the foam gun onto the can with the other hand.
  2. Be careful not to over-screw the can or activate the foam valve.
  3. Once it is all connected and you are ready to begin the application, turn the right way up and begin filling from bottom to top.
