The Over Fascia Vent by Easy-Trim is perfect for installing onto a new build's roof or replacing existing ones. The Vent sits discreetly over the fascia, providing effective airflow to the eaves of your roof, preventing unwanted condensation and moisture. It's crafted from polypropylene, a naturally lightweight material with excellent resistance, enhanced through UV stabilisation. Each Over Fascia Vent is forged to be 500mm long, but each end has a 'male and female end', allowing you to unite them quickly.
