Uses
The 204 Evermix 3 in 1 by Everbuild is an outstanding admixture that delivers your mixture with three benefits all in one product. It provides waterproofers, plasticisers and retards (delayer); all of these three help the cement mixture to become highly resistant to water and easy to apply with its extended open time and increased workability. It was formulated particularly for use in renders, dry dash and pebble dashing; despite that, it's perfect for use in all cement mixtures, which require the three added bonuses this product offers. Applications that this product is typically used for include;
- Used as an admixture for interior and exterior cementitious render finishes such as roughcast, harling and dashing.
- Suitable for use internally after installation of a DPC system.
Preparation
The surface to which you intend to apply this product must be stable, sound and clean to free it from contaminants such as dirt, dust, oil, grease, loose material and old paint.
Application
Add to mix at a rate of 250 - 500ml of Evermix 3 in 1 per 50kg; this depends on the required plasticising/retardation required.
Limitations and Notes
- When mixing, take care not to over-mix
- This product doesn't replace a DPC
