Uses
The Mammoth Heavy Duty Double-Sided Tape by Everbuild is the ultimate double-sided tape. Delivered with a thick cloth membrane and strong adhesive resin, it's perfect for fixing floor coverings and securing items to surfaces both vertically and horizontally. Due to its high tack adhesive, care must be taken when applying it as it will attach to anything!
Preparation
Before applying the tape to the surface, it's important to clean the surface, removing impurities that can hinder the adhesion; this includes dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc.
Application
- Remove the outer packaging from the roll of tape.
- Peel some of the tape, apply it to the surface and continue applying it as you unravel the tape.
- Peel the protective film from the top and place your other surface on top, pressing firmly into place.
Limitations
- This product is not suitable for surfaces that bleed oils or plasticisers.
