Uses
The American Duct Tape by Everbuild is a high-quality, powerful adhesive that is strong, thick and entirely waterproof. Its unique composite can adhere to most common substrates and is compatible with both interior and exterior applications. Application this product has been applied in include;
- Wind and waterproofing scaffolding, windows, doors and exposed roofing.
- Applications on vertical and overhead surfaces due to its exceptional bonding strength
- Temporarily hold DPM, guttering, sheet material, timber, or any other construction material to be owned in place without clamps.
Preparation
Surface preparation is vital to achieve optimal results. Clear the surface and clean it, removing any contaminants that can hinder the adhesion, for example, dust, dirt, oil, grease, etc.
Application
- Remove the outer packaging tape
- Peel some of the tape and apply it to the surface
- Unravel the tape and firmly press it into place simultaneously
- Use a knife or scissors or your hands to tear off when finished
Limitations and Notes
- This product should not be used on surfaces that bleed oils or plasticisers
