Uses

Applications the Masonry Dry Rot is commonly used for include eradicating and preventing dry rot fungus in brickwork and masonry, as well as sterilising subfloor oversites where necessary in areas of dry rot outbreaks. Alternatively, this is suitable for use as gauging water for re-rendering of treated masonry or brickwork.

Preparations

It's essential to prepare the area before starting the application. Any dry rot present needs to be removed entirely. You should also exceed the length of dry rot and cut a further 450-500mm to guarantee it's properly removed. After removing any dry rot, you should ensure you've fixed the cause; otherwise, you'll experience further issues.

Application

This product is ready-to-use.
Apply to the surface using a coarse spray.
To ensure penetration, you should irrigate the solution into the wall with holes drilled two-thirds of the wall depth, with staggered 230mm centres.

Limitations

This is ready to use; it doesn't need to be diluted
