Uses
Multi-Purpose Wood filler by Everbuild is an exceptional product for fixing small holes, splits, surface imperfections and general damaged areas in wood. It works effectively, filling up to 5mm depth; once this product dries, it leaves a sandable surface, enabling you to smooth the surface to be flush, leaving no bumps.
The formula for this product is uniquely created with a waterproof filler, allowing both internal and external applications with this product. After repairing the wood, this product is suitable for stains, paints or even varnished with microporous stains.
Preparations
Remove any contaminants that can hinder this product; remove dust, oil, dirt, grease, and other impurities. Ensure that the surface is sound, clean and dry.
Application
- Stir the product well before using; complete this with a spreader or knife.
- Fill the hole projecting to allow for sanding; sand it to a smooth flush finish once it has dried.
Limitations
- The wood and filler will absorb some stains at different rates, and it's always best to test in a small area.
- Do not exceed 5mm in a single coat.
- Protect the surface from rain for at least 5 hours if the application is external.
