Everbuild Stick2 Rapid Epoxy Tube (2 x 12ml)

Uses

Stick2 Rapid Epoxy Tube is an exceptionally strong bonding two-part system that cures to a strength that can be drilled, sanded or painted. This product offers what most other adhesives don't, a glue capable of bonding almost any surface to another. It can be used for bonding;

Preparation

Prepare the surface before applying, and remove any contaminants hindering the adhesion. This includes; dust, oil, grease, general dirt and similar impurities. You can roughen the surface with sandpaper, and this optimises adhesion.

Application

1. Remove the cap and extrude an equal amount of each tube onto the mixing tray provided.
2. Mix thoroughly for 30 seconds to 1 minute using the stick provided.
3. Once mixed, use it within 4 minutes, applying small quantities at a time and immediately bringing both surfaces together.
4. Hold surfaces together firmly, and if needed, use clamps to support the curing process, which will take 4 minutes at 20°C

Limitations

• This product is unsuitable for repairing areas containing food or drink.
• Ensure you do not cross-contaminate the hardener with the resin, as it causes the tubes to cure inside.
