Uses
Use Soudal Parquet & Timber Sealant - Dark Grey 290ml to fill joints in parquet or laminate flooring. This flexible sealant accommodates joint movement of up to 15%, making it ideal for dynamic surfaces. You can easily paint or varnish over the sealant, helping you achieve a seamless finish that hides any visible sealant lines.
Preparation
For the best adhesion, clean the surface thoroughly. Remove all contaminants such as dirt, dust, grease, and oil, and make sure the surface is completely dry before application.
Application
- Cut the top of the cartridge, taking care not to damage the threaded screw.
- Cut the nozzle to the desired size and screw it onto the cartridge.
- Place the cartridge into a suitable applicator tool.
- Point the tip of the nozzle to the joint and seal it using one long bead for added integrity.
- After applying it, use a filling knife to smooth down the finish.
