This tile vent is forged with a built-in downpipe, requiring only an adaptor and flex pipe for the mechanical and soil extraction system.
Installing Klober Twin Plain Tile Vent
Installing the Klober Twin Plain Tile Vent is a reasonably straightforward process for those working in the roofing industry. Start by locating the tile you want to replace with the vent and placing the tile vent over it, marking a rectangle 120 x 180mm wide. Afterwards, slice into the underlay from opposing corners and fold each tab back, with the top tab fixed to the batten above. Now, you place the tile into position, ensuring the fixing clip is under the roof tile's left-hand interlock.
*When installing into Forticrete Gemini, a minimum pitch of 25° is recommended. You may have to remove a small notch at the bottom of the concrete.
