Klober’s Uni-Plain Tile Vent is a discreet ventilating tile appropriate for clay and concrete plain tiles with a minimum pitch of 35°. The vent provides a 6,000mm2 effective ventilation area to help reduce the buildup of mould growth, perfect for homes.

  • The tile vent comes in various colours including Terracotta, Antique Red, Slate Grey, Autumn, Red Granulated, Rustic Red, Smooth Brown, Brown Granulated, and Hedgerow Brown.

The Uni-Plain tile vent by Klober is a stunning solution for roofers and homeowners who are looking for extra ventilation with a sleek in-line design that makes it mostly invisible on the roofline. The vent itself is made from Polypropylene/PVC and weighs around 0.85kg. The tile complies fully with relevant Building Regulations and British Standards.

How to Install the Klober Uni Plain Tile Vent

The Uni-Plain Tile Vent should be positioned in the broken bond format above the course below to start the installation. The membrane should be marked and carefully cut at the bottom and side to accommodate the downpipe. The underlay flap created should be secured to the batten above and then vent tile can then be nailed into place.
