Timloc Non-Profile Tile Vent is an excellent product that offers your attic space ventilation preventing condensation; it also can be used in conjunction with an adaptor, opening up further applications for this product like mechanical extraction or soil ventilation.

  • Free ventilation area of 10,000m²
  • Shaped to prevent rainwater from entering and causing structural damage
  • 4mm spaced external grille helps prevent rainwater and even small critters, vermin and debris.
  • Integrated clips to ensure a secure fit to surrounding roof tiles
  • UV Stabilised, top of the vent, offering resistance to discolouration
  • Manufactured from polypropylene enabling it to be resistant to corrosion
